RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returns:

As long as items have not been worn, washed, tried-on, cut or altered; we will gladly issue a refund for the amount paid (minus shipping and handling) within 60 days of the shipping date. After 60 days, we are unable to authorize a return and they will be returned to the original shipping address.

NOTE: All international orders, clearance items, and sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return (this includes the Assorted Style).

What are the steps to return?

  1. Please contact Ethika Customer Support by email at support@ethika.com. Make sure to include the order number and a request for authorization in the body of the email.
  2. Once emailed, you will receive response with a Printable Return Authorization Form.
  3. Be sure to print and fill out the form (legible and complete) and ship the order back to the address listed on the return form.
  4. Once we receive the return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and a refund will be issued. If our customer support team has any further questions, they will be sure to reach out by phone and/or email.

Exchanges:

Damages:

What is the warranty policy?

  1. Ethika stands behind its product 100%, but due to the nature of underwear, they take a lot of use and it can be difficult to tell how long they have been worn and for what purposes. Ethika will warranty and replace items that have been deemed defective, opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase).
  2. We highly recommend washing Ethikas on cold and delicate, inside-out, with like colors. We recommend line-drying them to help protect the elastic band and delicate fibers.
  3. Ethika is not responsible for any damage as a result of ironing, dryer damage, or improper washing.
  4. When submitting a damage claim, please email Customer Support at support@ethika.com.
