Online Return Policy:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please use the CONTACT US email to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from our Customer Support team. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Refunds will be offered on returns made within 30 days of the shipping date and will be credited back to the original credit card, minus shipping & handling. For returns received after 30 days, refunds will be issued in the form of an online credit for the current selling price.

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

Exchanges:

When shipping back, please PRINT RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship back to the return address below using any traceable method. (Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Your card will be charged or credited any difference in price. **Return ground shipping back to you is complimentary/free.
