What does confidence mean to you?
Confidence is an attitude, feeling good about yourself through things you achieve and accomplish.
What woman I N S P I R E S you?
You know who I love, Mila Kunis and Jennifer Lawrence… just girls who are really quirky and can be themselves.
How do you stay motivated?
For me it’s not at all about how I look, it’s about how I feel. I stay motivated based on the fact that life throws us all curve balls every single day and I learned training is a way that I can cope and reset all my buttons and feel good.
What’s your #1 beauty secret?
I probably spend so much on lip plumper stuff from Sephora, I’ve literally become a VIP member just on lip plumping. It tingles your lips and makes you smile more.
What’s your biggest insecurity?
I don’t know if this is an insecurity, but I definitely know it’s a flaw. It’s that I can take care of myself really good on the outside, but then there’s some things that I’ll be so nonchalant about like my house or my laundry or like getting my car cleaned. And I only know this because my ex-boyfriend would always point it out to me like “it’s a reflection of how you treat yourself Karina, how your car looks” and I’m like “oh f*ck” sorry.
